Message from the Abstract Co-Chairs

"As we work together to advance the science of laboratory medicine, can you think of a better place to present your work than the 2012 AACC Annual Meeting in Los Angeles? The organizing committee encourages researchers to submit abstract for the poster session describing strong analytical, technical, and translational research projects. This year, we will be partnering with the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry to select top abstracts for oral presentations that will be showcased in two afternoon sessions. Accepted abstracts will also be considered for awards offered by AACC Divisions in their particular specialties. We especially want to encourage students to submit abstracts. There are several opportunities for student travel grants and other recognition based on the quality of the abstract."
